We worked with many different companies throughout the process of installing our pool, and not one of them matched the level of customer service you provided us, and the level of respect and professionalism we received from your crew. We are especially grateful for the many things you did above and beyond the scope of the patio itself, namely cutting in our diving rock, and coordination with the pool company to make sure the ladders, rails, and skimmers were properly set.

We hope that you will pass along to your staff our most sincere appreciation for their hard work. Their professionalism and respect for our home and family did not go unnoticed. My neighbors even commented on how they cleaned the yard at the end of each day, and even used the blower to clear away any residue on the street in front of the house. For many years Whitmore's Yard Care, Inc. has been providing landscaping, snow removal and sanding services for large manufacturing company that I operate. On numerous occasions we will have company come for plant tours and meetings with very little notice to us. When this happens Mr. Whitmore's company is also asked on very short notice to come to our plant and perform lawn maintenance even though it may not be a scheduled day. Cary's level of customer service, responsiveness and genuine caring is unmatched in his line of work. He is all encompassing... he managed the entire project (irrigation, paver stones, lighting, electrical work, water garden, landscaping) exactly to our specifications down to the very last detail. He is truly a perfectionist in all that he does. Cary did extensive landscaping for us and put in a water garden with a 3 tier waterfall. When the waterfall was not 'falling' to his specifications, he moved around the rocks over and over to get the perfect 'fall' look and sound. Our water garden with the pergola that his team built and designed is something that we always dreamed about having. This piece of our backyard makes our house a very special home - very different and unique due to the artistry and creativity of Cary and his team. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this is definitely true when you look at before and after pictures of our yard... you are left speechless.

We have a very shallow well and we never thought it would be possible to have an irrigation system but Cary Whitmore figured out where and how long each station would work so our water supply would suffice for our amount of water. We have a great lawn now and a very happy husband.
